Meet Jessica, a licensed attorney based in Massachusetts whose attention to detail and resilience have earned her outstanding endorsements from all those who cross her path, from judges to emerging business owners. At Greenlight, the company where she works, Jessica is known to go above and beyond in analyzing problems from multiple angles and finding innovative ways to tackle obstacles to provide the best solutions.
Jessica’s background in criminal law, cannabis law, corrections, and legislation processes has made her a tireless advocate for all those whose lives have been unfairly persecuted by the War on Drugs. For the past three years, she has worked very closely with the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission, helping to shape the state’s Social Equity program. Not only does she create content to help those in the Social Equity Program understand the licensing process, but she also teaches the courses in an easy-to-understand and engaging way, leading participants to interact with her long after the courses are over.
Marketing and graphic design are also among Jessica’s passions. With years of experience creating content and running successful campaigns, she helps clients create and develop strategies to best promote their companies and products. She has a keen eye for detail and a talent for creating visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
Jessica’s areas of expertise include compliance, contract negotiations, business formation, intellectual property, strategic business planning, real estate, branding and marketing, corporate image management, zoning codes, municipal laws, federal marijuana policy, and cannabis legislation. She is always analyzing problems from multiple angles and finding innovative ways to tackle obstacles to provide the best solutions.
Despite the challenges she has faced in her career, Jessica has remained resilient and dedicated to her work. Her tireless efforts to help shape the state’s Social Equity program and her commitment to advocating for those who have been unfairly persecuted by the War on Drugs are just a few examples of her unwavering dedication. At Greenlight, we are fortunate to have her on our team, and we look forward to seeing what she will accomplish in the future.
