Social Media Manager

Job Summary 

The Social Media Manager is a highly motivated, creative individual who will implement and maintain GreenLight’s social media strategy and content. This person will manage the creation of content for GreenLight’s main social channels, conduct post scheduling, and be the leader for engagement efforts across all platforms.

 

Job Duties 

  • Oversee GreenLight’s presence on social media.
  • Maintain the existing social media strategy for the company.
  • Manage GreenLight’s presence on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar.
  • Maintain an ongoing calendar for social media content.
  • Align content and messages to the company’s brand guidelines. 
  • Plan, run, and monitor social media advertising campaigns-identify and upload media, target appropriate audiences, and schedule ads.
  • Identify, create, and/or adapt existing content for use on social media, always ensuring that messages are consistent with the voice of the company.
  • Consistently monitor mentions of GreenLight on social media and alert leadership of any conversation that might cause alarm or damage the company’s reputation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report metrics/analytics, including internal Marketing Scorecard. 
  • Attend a weekly meeting to educate, advise, and encourage collaboration.
  • Maintain knowledge of emerging platforms and current best practices.
  • Attend additional meetings as necessary.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
  • 2-3 years of experience in digital communications (preferably social media) for a school/university or for an organization such as a major non-profit entity, government agency, campaign, or public corporation.
  • Exceptional written and oral communications skills; must have the ability to accurately and succinctly communicate information in writing in the voice of the company.
  • A strategic approach to work; ability to work with flexibility, efficiency, enthusiasm, and diplomacy both individually and as part of a complex team.
  • Well organized and detail-oriented; able to learn quickly and absorb information about GreenLight; able to communicate effectively and diplomatically with GreenLight’s administration and management team.

Financial Analyst

Job Summary

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for utilizing GreenLight’s tools to create Financial Decks for clients, including but not limited to Financial Forecasts, Yearly Profit & Loss Statements, Monthly P&Ls, SG&A Capital Expenses, Income Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.

The perfect candidate will be eager to learn, results-driven, organized, professional and have great communication skills. 

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet with client 1-3 times (virtually)
  • Meet with internal Project Managers
  • Attend a weekly team meeting
  • Become comfortable with GreenLight’s financial tools
  • Collect, analyze and report financial data
  • Prepare Financial Forecasts 
  • Prepare Yearly Profit & Loss Statements 
  • Prepare Monthly P&Ls 
  • Prepare SG&A Capital Expense Reports
  • Prepare Foreseeable Income Statements 
  • Prepare Balance Sheets
  • Prepare Cash Flow Reports.
  • Forecast costs and revenues
  • Explain all documents to clients

 

Basic Qualifications

    • Experience with financial tools
    • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
    • Excellent math skills with an attention to detail
    • Proficient with time-management 
    • High School diploma or equivalent
    • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field
    • Proven work experience as a Financial Accountant or similar role
    • Be able to work independently and remotely
